    Bank Manager

    You no longer have to manually capture the bank transactions from bank statements. Download statements in a CSV file format, from your bank via the internet and then use Trident CSV Import to import the file and update the building's debtors, creditors and general ledger accounts.

    Trident CSV Import uses references and key words to help it allocate the various transactions.

    Trident CSV Import handles individual and/or global bank accounts.

    Unlike a diary which reminds you ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, Date Reminder can be set up to remind you of different dates with different reminder parameters, e.g. Lease End Date can be set to start warning you every day, starting 40 days before due date, Insurance renewal can be set to start reminding you 30 days before the event.

    Date Reminder can help personalise your relationship with the trustees, owners or tenants by reminding you of their birthday or any other special event.

    Have you made an arrangement with an owner that you want to record on his/her debtors account and want to follow up on a certain date? The Trident Notes system is the way to do this.

    Notes can be categorized into topics and can be used in all segments of the system - buildings, units, entities and debtors.

    Notes can be used to remind you or another user at some future date of an event to follow up.

    TPN UPLOAD

    TPN is a specialized credit bureau that collects tenant payment data from property managers, estate agents and landlords from all over South Africa. Data can be captured onto the TPN system either manually through the TPN web site or uploaded to TPN by approved property management software solutions. Trident has been approved to upload data to TPN via an emailed CSV file. (See the link page for a link to TPN)
