Is remembering dates one of your daily challenges?

Trident has a date reminder service.

Choose the type of date that you would like to be reminded of, e.g. AGM, Insurance Renewal, End of Lease, Clearance, Birthday etc.  Tick the “Remind” box and set the number of “Days in Advance” that you would like to be reminded.

Example: a buildings insurance policy is due for renewal on 01 March and you want to warned of this event by the middle of January.
Step 1:  Capture the renewal date in the Building Information section.
Step 2:  In the Date Type section tick the “Insurance Renewal” date “Remind” box and set the “Days in Advance” to 45.  On the 15 January you will get a reminder from Trident when you log-in, and every time you log-in until you do something about it.

Budget

When the budget is set there is no need to do a manual or spreadsheet calculation for each units levy.

 With Trident you can enter the total annual budget that needs to be broken down by P.Q. and any fixed amount (e.g. geyser insurance).

Each units levy will then be calculated and rounded off (users choice).

An effective date can also be set.

Letters can be sent to all the owners and a control report printed.

The monthly levy will be updated automatically on the effective date.

Unit Information

Trident has been designed to help you know the properties you manage – full details of each unit is kept. 
Some of the data that can be held includes: size in square metres, participation quota, insurance values (basic and additional), number of bedrooms, bathrooms and details of any other room, parking, exclusive use areas, notes and images (pictures & plans and photographs of owner & pets).
